MathLib .Net

This will be the future development repository for MathLib .NET library. The primary goal of the MathLib .NET is to provide an open source math library for statistical analysis by providing robust functionality and fast accurate approximations for routines where no closed form solution exists.

I encourage anybody to add to this project and I will try and make it easy for anyone to contribute. I'm not 100% sold that SourceForge is a good platform, but in time we will see!
